Support workers
Our support workers are the key to how we operate.  We recruit the best and most qualified support workers and reward them accordingly with sector leading rates of pay.  This is reflected in the high student satisfaction ratings that support workers receive in our annual Student Satisfaction Survey.  Overall, 93% of students who responded to our survey said that they had benefited from having a support worker during the year.
